Houston we have a problem....the NFL is the problem!!

Couple weekends ago the Super Bowl was in Houston and not only did we preach outside that big game we preached at a number of venues within that city.
Jesus said to go into ‘ALL THE WORLD’ and preach the gospel and with events like this, the world comes to you.
We arrived on Thursday to scout out the area and wanted to preach to the local people before we addressed the pig skin-dolaters on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday we stood outside a large Mosque in downtown Houston during their afternoon prayers.
Our goal was to expose Islam as a bloody religion and how Jesus the SON of God is the remedy.
We try and preach outside a Mosque in every city we preach and Houston was no different.
Of course they were shocked to see our banners and hear our preaching, so the called the police. We were within our rights and Islam was not happy.
Later that day we went to Houston University and preached against Islam and sodomy.
Just add water, shake and we had a large crowd of students trying to debate and justify their cause.
Once the banners were up and the preaching started, students were awaken from their stupor and LIGHT was shined on that campus.
You want ‘unity’ just preach the God of the Bible and His holy standard and everyone will unify against you. Muslim will defend homosexuals, atheists will defend abortion and everyone will make a stand against God.
We are not there to chop heads off for Jesus but to challenge and dispute them as per Jude 1:3 “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints”
We told the female students that Islam would put them to death for what they wear, their education and for not covering their face.
They were reminded that in Saudi Arabia today they could not drive and car and need a male chaperone to walk outside. Honor killings were also pointed out against this religion of peace.
The campus police were watching but did not get involved as the public debate was calm. What most do not see, is the smaller conversations that happen as a result of that method of preaching.
Those dialogs can be life changing as many questions are answered.
We now pray the Lord send more labors to reap that harvest and God give growth.
After the campus, we went to Church…..well at least outside that night service, the reason was simple, and there would be religious sinners.
We went to Joel Osteen’s Church where he was having a NFL service and for only $25.00 or $50.00 dollars that would get you inside…however there was also the VIP ticket for only $75.00.
We stood on the sidewalk by the main door and preached against ‘America’s pastor’ and his American gospel, as you cannot preach that message of happy smiles and prosperity to those saints in China and North Korea.
What person in the Bible would change money to them speak? Can you image Jesus charging money per healing and a dollar amount for each demon to get cast out, what about if Paul charging money for those Letters to the Church.
However today in America, that happens and no one says a thing.
Our message was straightforward as this Church accepts homosexuals and the women that came to this event were dressed like prostitutes or loose women going to the club.
One can be a whore without having sex but dressing as a whore as per Proverbs 7:10
“And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart”
The last stop we made on the first day was preach the streets in the ‘gay community’ and of course in this area one can find many bars.
The bar people came out and tried to confront us and police were called and even with the police presence they threw eggs at us. About 6 came my way and somehow seemed to miss me.
Either God was involved or due to their limp wrist, gays cannot hit the target.
Saturday, we walked downtown where the place was a big party.
Local police worked with us and once we started they decided to set metal barricades around us, as we stood right in the middle of the street.
Everyone that walked by heard the preaching, saw the banners and were even given the opportunity to have a tract
This young man pictured below, has been saved just a few months and was inspired by our videos, he made time and joined us for 3 days.
He knew much Bible and worked well with the team. His testimony was he knew religion and lived in sin most of his life but repented and now walks with God. Christianity is not 1 hour of Church on Sunday and live like the devil.
The police were everywhere and they made a presence around us, because if someone wanted to make a statement for God, Houston would be the place to do it.
We evangelize with megaphones and banners whereas Islam does it with bombs, yet we are called ‘haters’
One would think with metal barricades and police around us, things would be safe. Not true, some sinner reached into the barricades and busted one of the banners. He told police, we grabbed him but the video camera proved otherwise.
Again what most people do not see is all the great conversations that were provoked by the public preaching. This guy was upset because I preached against being drunk, yet after we finished the chat he wanted a picture with him because no one ever told him or showed him in the Bible.
The only thing people have said to him was ‘Jesus loves you.’
The guy in the green shirt waited his turn to confront me and told me he saw the BBC documentary ‘America’s Preachers Hate’ and had a few questions about the Bible.
He too wanted a picture because no one loves like we do.
“My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth” 1 John 3:18
“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent”
Revelation 3:19
If we were not holding banners or preaching, we would answer questions on almost any subject, from the Bible, politics and current events.
We were there to be questioned, to be yelled at, debate or even take a picture with the sinner. Bottom line, when they walked by our preaching, God was the issue, not the NFL.
....then some sinners were compelled to make a sign and confront us as demons manifested in the LIGHT
We preached well into the night as the multitudes were everywhere
As the evening came the crowd, now mob started to become more vile and the Houston police moved in and made a strong presence around us and they were ready to arrest anyone who would break the law.
The next day was GAME-DAY Super Bowl Sunday….however before we went to the stadium we went back to Lakewood Church and preached Sunday service at Osteen’s church.
For a Sunday service there were people walking everywhere, come as you are, come whenever you want and leave whenever you wish and of course dress is not an issue at this non-judging church.
We were there for 3 hours and that main door was a revolving door of people coming and going, I never seen anything like it.
This time Lakewood Church was waiting for us and came out with signs that read ‘smile’ as if that is the fruit of the Holy Ghost.
They called the police but nothing was done because we were within our rights. The picture below shows them trying to find something in the law that will keep us from standing on that sidewalk.
They sent out some of their main security to try and warn us but they received a lesson on free speech, in fact one officer who overheard the conversation thanked us for being there and asked for prayer.
After I prayed for him, he wept in public and thanks us. Here is what a member posted on his facebook page about these mean men coming outside his church and he did not feel the love from us.
After the open-air Church meeting we went to the stadium to preach the God of the Bible vs the god of pigskin. We had a city permit to stand at a certain location, so I argued our right to be around the stadium with an NFL official and the county Sheriff
But the NFL protested and wanted us removed. So the Sheriff from Houston County physically removed us from the parking lot.
Saying the ‘permit does not matter, the NFL says you must leave.’ It appears the NFL has more power than our Constitution as our city permit meant nothing.
Pre 911 these events were not a problem, as people without tickets were everywhere, the parking lot was filled with tailgate parties but that was then.
Not now, since 911 all big events have changed and one cannot get near the stadium without a ticket.
Don’t forget to thank Islam for that.
The secondary location was fine too as we were in front of the stadium and had a large flood of people funnel by our banners and preaching.
The preaching continued as everyone that walked by heard how one can be an illegal alien in the kingdom of God. Once the game started the crowds dwindled as most were inside the stadium or sitting by a TV.
Here is a picture of a man who shares Christ not like us, I have known Jeremiah for about 25 years. He runs around talks about Jesus and throws the football with people. Not what I do but God bless him.
There are many ways to witness as the body of Christ is large, with many moving parts. I do not demand he get a banner and bull-horn and preach, I trust God uses this man, as He does us.
I only say that because there appeared to be a small group of believers who were on this corner but after the banners were raised and our preaching started, they were offended. One person stood and apologized to those walking by us, another in that group called the police on us and yet another from that group was overheard saying ‘I’d like to put a bullet in that megaphone’
The Houston police did come but they knew who we were and did not say anything, in fact one drove up and gave us water rather than moving us.
That appeared too anger the religious group and they soon moved elsewhere. It is almost cult thinking to assume everyone needs to witness and preach like them, some groups will consider you a cult if you do not hand out the same tracts they do.
So, I stepped back and tossed him a few passes (for Jesus of course)
Welcome to the life of a street preacher, one minute the Sheriff is pushing you around, the next minute believers want to shoot your megaphone, then you throw a touchdown pass…(for Jesus of course).
During the game we ate and kept tabs on the score because if it was going to be a blow out, the crowd could exit by the 4th quarter. Anyone watching the halftime show with Lady Gaga knows how ungodly this event was. She was wicked and many of those inside the game was wicked.
After the game, it was night…..there was a loser….and people were mad….the last thing they wanted to heard was Jesus Christ.
A couple of Atlanta fans came out upset and tried to grab our stuff. A scuffle broke out, police moved in and tried to stop them, they tried to break a megaphone but did not.
We continued to preach and many fans came out screaming ‘Tom Brady is God’ ‘Tom Brady is my savior’ ‘Tom Brady saves from hell’ and ‘Tom Brady is my messiah’ If you do not think football is a god, YOU ARE WRONG!!
I am thankful my God does not retire, my God will not be traded and my God does not forsake me.
Wish to see a highlight of that Super Bowl weekend, click the link below
Last weekend in downtown Los Angeles were the Grammy Awards This ‘Red Carpet’ event is considered the Academy Awards for music as everyone who is anyone within the muSICK industry was there.
“It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools”
Ecclesiastes 7:5
Banners, abortion signs and preaching was there as limo’s that needed to get to the holy red carpet must go through security….and….there is where we were set up, so they needed to see and hear what God says.
LAPD gave us much liberty as in the past years to point out that all mankind needs to ‘prepare to meet thy God’ as per Amos.
Many of their music gods have died such as George Michael, David Bowie, Prince, Glenn Frey, Merle Haggard and Leonard Cohen and this was pointed out. Along with Whitney Houston who died 5 years ago and Michael Jackson who died in 2009.

“It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools”
Ecclesiastes 7:5
Most of these soloists started off singing in a Church and ate the apple of fame, which cost them their lives. Nothing glamorous, drugs, alcohol, broken relationships, rehab and even dying of natural cause and that would be suicide.
All the fame, awards and money cannot help them now.
Thank You for your prayers and please continue.
“We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions”
Psalm 20:5
