Belize the Gospel

We had a vision to visit the country of Belize and edify the saints with boldness and hang signs everywhere on the streets to be seen

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he”
Proverbs 29:1

MISSION ACCOMPISHED

We had the prividge to speak at a number of Churches We hung signs and banners everywhere we could, on churches, walls, places of business, fences and wood poles

“Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.”
Deuteronomy 32:3

“Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not”
Jeremiah 50:2

“O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people”
Psalm 105:1

“Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people”
1 Chronicles 16:8

“I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever”
Psalm 45:17

Here was someone NOT ASHAMED of the gospel as we spent time in their village.

These saints did not have a million dollar megachurch with plush seats but the size of a small shed that will shine that light

These brothers were very helpful so several banners were given to them to hang after we left and they were overjoyed for that gift.

After we put the signs up, we prayed the Lord to bless that business for not being ashamed

We also had small and large magnets to place on vehicles and the people in Belize were more than happy to put them on

We spent days in the streets passing out tracts, bumper stickers and magnets in the city and small villages. I would say at least 95% of the people took those handouts given

We spoke in a number of Churches, with our testimonies and why we came to their country.

After each service we asked for those wanting prayer for boldness to step up and signs were given to those willing to put those on walls.

We also spent time with the children as the schools in Belize still teach about God and read the Bible.

We even had a puppet show to teach them a Biblical lesson

After speaking to hundreds of children in those schools, they were given tracts….and…..and...

…..balloons too, with whatever face they wanted.

We even had time to baptize someone, as this dear sister was ready to get baptized in the local river but instead got dunked in a pool at a resort.

We were there for lunch after a Church service and the owner is a Christian and gave us permission to use the pool.

This was a dear sister Inda who worked hard to schedule our time, please pray for her and all those that we worked with in Belize

What timing.

The city of Belize had their yearly Christmas parade during our stay and we were allowed be a part of the parade thanks to Inda.

We had a Christian van, long banners and high banners and walked the route passing out every tract we had to those watching the parade

Thank you for your prayers, as what you prayed in secret God no doubt blessed us openly.

1000’s of tracts were passed out, many signs were posted in vital areas and the local Churches were edified and exhorted to boldness.

We were the boots on the ground and mission was accomplished as heaven honored your prayers.

NEW YEARS EVE:

Come join us in Las Vegas and shine your light with us at our yearly street preachers convention http://www.soapasn.com/

Here is a couple of tips when you stay at a hotel
1
Always take the Bible so you can give it away while preaching on the streets, don’t worry it will be replaced by the cleaning crew the next day
2
IF you do not wish to take that Bible, perhaps you could leave a tract inside that Bible
3
Every hotel has a desk in their rooms and inside that drawer you will find a telephone directory, look under ‘B’ for bars and place a gospel tract on that page.
